Domestic trials had shown that the shape and hole size of the Grape Clip helps to train the cane along the wire, allowing the cane to ‘run’ along or around the wire, the clip was not intended to replace the currently used method of the end ‘leader’ retention method of training the cane,also excellent for domestic vines, they are great on shade cloth .
